Stream Study of Perry Creek - Mainstream of the Au Sable May, 2009
The Challenge Chapter of Trout Unlimited volunteered to help Huron Pines with a study of Perry Creek. The chapter members did a number of measurements, including stream width and stream depth, as well as made general observations of stream bottom conditions. This study will be used as a basline in the ongoing issue with Hoskins Manufacturing dumping PCE, chromium and nickel into the groundwater and which is now appearing in upstream areas of Perry Creek
